SAHB Finance is a non-banking financing company (NBFC) which provides tailor-made financing solutions to a wide range of Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). Our financing products are based on Shariah principles which ensure the ease of business for our targeted customers.
Our professional business team provides professional financial advisory alongside proposing the right size of financing by assessing a customer’s business requirements and its potential. Our primary target has always been to grow with our MSME customers.

SME Financing
The SME financing that we provide is working capital funding for corporate clients as well as cash flow financing for projects under the management of our clients.
In either case, the financing we provide is Shariah Compliant, structured as a Murabaha Contract, with flexible features to support the requirements of our clients.
Our clients are required to provide us with collateral against which we will finance their working capital needs.
Production Assets
Lease Financing
Our lease financing is structured as Ijarah Contracts. We acquire assets to be leased to our clients over a period up to 5 years. The assets that we acquire include movable and immovable tangible assets that are purchased by Sahb and leased to our client.

Dr. Omar Almania joined Sahb as Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2022. At present, Mr. Almania is associated with Higher Educations Fund as the Assistant Secretary-General For Investment.
Dr. Almania has a rich professional career in finance and investment business. He is also an Assistant Professor at Al-Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University. He is Ph.D. in Finance from Glasgow Adam Smith Business University and CFA.
Mr. Omar Alemadi joined Sahb as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors in June 2022. At present, Mr. Emadi serves at Masraf Al Rayan as the Group Chief Risk Officer.
Mr. Alemadi is an experienced senior banking professional with over 20 years’ experience and has a wealth of knowledge of the Qatari, GCC and international markets. He is graduated in Business Administration from California State University.
Mr. Mutaz Dana joined Sahb as member of the Board of Directors in Jul 2023. At present, he serves as General Manager - Head of Compliance & AML at Masraf Al Rayan, Qatar.
Mr. Dana has over 20 years of experience; he holds master's degree in finance management and bachelor degree in Accounting. Mr. Dana is also a certified AML Specialist.
Mr. Ziyad Ben Saleh joined Sahb as member of the Board of Directors in Jan 2020. He is the CEO of North Energy. He is also President at Bab International Corp for Specialized Service.
Mr. Saleh is an experienced senior IT professional having more than 30 years of experience in IT sector. He is graduated in computer science from King Saud University, and also holds Master of Business Administration from Hull University.
Mr. Hisham Alturaigi joined Sahb as member of the Board of Directors in February 2021. At present, he is associated with alinma bank as Credit Management General Manager (CCO).
Mr. Alturaigi is an experienced senior banking professional with over 24 years of experience in banking sector. He hold Masters Degree in Accounting from the King Saud University and SOCPA.
